Site content (services, projects, timelines, sample prices) is for information only and is not a binding offer. A written quote accepted by both parties is required for any commitment. Delivery, payment and warranty terms are set out in the quote or contract.

The SmartJar name, logo, texts, images, mock-ups and site code are protected. Any reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited. Client logos and project photos remain the property of their owners.

- disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access or bypass its protections;
- use bots or automated tools to mass-extract content;
- send unlawful, misleading or spam content through the form.

We aim to keep content accurate and the site available, with no guarantee of being error-free or uninterrupted. SmartJar is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site. We are not responsible for the content of third-party links (social networks, WhatsApp).
