2. Data we collect
We only collect what is needed to answer your requests:
- Contact / quote form: name, email, phone (optional), service of interest, budget (optional) and your message.
- Technical data sent with the form: IP address, browser type and site language, used for security and spam prevention.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: if you write or call us directly, we keep the exchanges needed to follow up on your request.
3. Why we use it
We do not sell your data and do not use it for targeted advertising.
- To answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
4. Cookies and trackers
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. Only a technical cookie may remember your display language (French, Arabic or English). If we ever add analytics, this page will be updated and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
If the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check is enabled on the form, it may set a technical token to tell humans from bots.
5. Recipients and providers
Your data is only accessible to the SmartJar team. We may use technical providers (hosting, email, anti-spam) that process it on our behalf and under our instructions. We may also disclose it to authorities when required by law.
The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, a Meta service governed by its own privacy policy.
6. Retention
Messages received through the form are kept for at most 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted or anonymised. Data linked to a client contract is kept for the legal period that applies to accounting records.
7. Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object, and to request deletion of your data where the law allows.
To exercise them, write to [email protected] with your name and the purpose of your request. We reply within a reasonable time. You may also contact the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP): www.cndp.ma.
8. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your data: HTTPS, restricted admin access, form validation and anti-spam protection. No system is infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The last update date is shown at the top of the page.
