Friouato Cafe
<p>Interior and outdoor design for a café-restaurant at Friouato, Taza. We built a 3D model of the place, produced rendered views, and priced the works in an itemised quote covering floors, ceiling, bar counter, toilets, paved paths, lawn, lighting and terrace.</p>
The challenge
<p>The owner needed to see the café before building it: how the room, the bar and the garden terrace would look, and what the works would cost, in order to apply for start-up financing.</p>
The solution
<p>We modelled the space in SketchUp, rendered it in Lumion with real materials and textures, and wrote an itemised quote with quantities and unit prices for each work item, so the owner could judge the look and the budget together.</p>
